The Generative Projection Framework is organized as a layered architecture rather than a hierarchy of substances. The generative level is fundamental and constrains all possible descriptions descending from it through invariant-preserving projection.
From this level arise multiple projection sectors, each corresponding to a distinct representational spacetime regime. In the physical domain (PPS) these include physical theories such as spacetime geometry, quantum mechanics, gauge field structure and thermodynamic ordering. In the psychological domain (CPS) parallel projection structures give rise to conscious experience, psychological organization and subjective temporality etc.
No single projection is privileged as the fundamental description of reality. Each regime is valid within its domain of applicability, while remaining ontologically secondary to the generative structure.
Spacetime itself is in this framework not a fundamental background container but a composite effective structure arising from the combined action of multiple projection sectors. Its geometric, causal and temporal features reflect the stable intersection of these sector-specific constraints, rather than being fundamental.
This infers that physical laws and constants are not fundamental prescriptions imposed on reality. Instead, they express projection-invariant structural constraints that remain stable across a given descriptive regime. Physical laws characterize the internal coherence of a projection, rather than governing the behavior of a fundamentally law-driven substrate. This reinterpretation preserves the empirical content of established laws while shifting their ontological status from fundamental to effective.
From this viewpoint, many existing foundational problems arise from treating projection-dependent structures as ontologically fundamental. Paradoxes arise in boundary regions between projection sectors and when physical theories are applied outside their valid domain of applicability.

The two figures provide a compact overview of (i) the PPS/CPS coexistence within the Generative Projection Ontology (GPO) and (ii) example of physical projection sectors.
